COVID-19: NHS Forth Valley - Drop-in Vaccination Clinic

A drop-in vaccination clinic will be held on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th July at the McLaren Community and Leisure Centre in Callander, from 8:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. each day. Those eligible to attend include anyone aged eighteen or over (18+) who has not yet had a first vaccination or anyone for whom it has been eight weeks or more since they had their first vaccination. Later Life Training, a not-for-profit training company based in Killin, is running free live Facebook movement activities for those who are less mobile or older. These "movement snacks" last for ten to fifteen minutes and help keep the circulation moving, mobilise the joints and provide some functional activities that will help maintain your strength and balance. They offer both seated and standing options.

These live videos are "broadcast" every day, seven days a week, at 8am, noon and 4pm on both Facebook and YouTube. Click on either of the links below to join.
