Stirling Council Librairies are running a weekly session at Killin Public Library to help anyone with learning how to make the most of their digital devices, such as desktop or laptop computers, tablets or ipads and mobile 'phones. The sessions are FREE and run each Tuesday morning between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the library (between the school and Shutters). Teas and coffees are available but you will be asked to contribute something towards the cost of that. The sessions are very informal and you can either ask about a specific problem or question that you have with a particular device, or just ask for a bit of help with something like using passwords, making backups, saving photos online, organising files, using social media, managing email or pretty much anything you want to ask! You can either bring your own device(s) along or use one of the desktop computers available in the library itself.
There is more information on the Stirling Council website (click on the button below) or you can telephone Kay the Librarian on 01576 820571.
