For some years, Stirling Libraries have been providing online reading material in the form of "E-Books" and "Audiobooks". These have been made available through an application called "RBdigital" on various devices and platforms. It allows anyone with a library card for Stirling Libraries to borrow a book by downloading a copy temporarily on to a computer device. This can either be in the form of printed text or in an audio format.
From Tuesday 23rd February 2021, this content will be provided on a new application called "Libby". Anyone who is currently using RBdigital will be able to continue to access any books they have on loan for the duration of the loan cycle, even if that only expires after 23rd February. However after that date, it will only be possible to obtain books through the new Libby application.
