Place-based Investment Programme

Over the course of the next three financial years, the Scottish Government is sponsoring a programme of investment to encourage the regeneration of vacant, derelict or under-used land or buildings in a way that will support economic and community growth in such areas. Stirling Council has bee given a grant of just short of two million pounds to allocate to projects in the Stirling area.

Grants are available to organisations that can show that they are properly constituted and managed with sound, financial procedures in place to promote projects and activities that will meet the objectives of the programme.
